Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This offer is open to existing clients of CloudSmiths and new clients who engage in a Salesforce MVP Implementation project between 1 December and 14 January.

Implementation Period: The offer is valid from 1 December to 14 January unless extended or revoked by CloudSmiths.

Discount: Eligible clients will receive a 45% discount off the total cost of Salesforce MVP Implementation, as per the predefined Statement of Work (SOW).

Statement of Work: The implementation will be conducted based on a predefined SOW, which will be shared and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

Exclusions: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers provided by CloudSmiths.

Payment: Payment terms will be as per the agreed-upon SOW and the existing contractual agreement between the client and CloudSmiths.

Termination: CloudSmiths reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of this offer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

Liability: CloudSmiths will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of or in connection with the use of this offer.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloudSmiths is registered, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Acceptance: By availing of this offer, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
